COURSE REGISTRATION FEES:
Bring-a-Buddy Registration: $325 p/p Must be Mailed/faxed TOGETHER!!
Early Registration: $375 Postmarked 30 days prior to start date of course
Late Registration: $425 Postmarked after 30 day deadline

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Registration fee less a $55 administrative charge is refundable if cancellation received 14 days prior to program date. No refunds will be given after that time. Therapy Network, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a seminar and will refund in full the registration fee only. TNI is NOT responsible for registrants non-refundable airfare, accommodations or fees.
